Sunday afternoon. Call from tenant, No hot water for 2 days.We locate Precision Plumbing and Kym is on the line. What a dream. Not only did she tell us we would have a plumber in a few hours but she would try to locate someone and see if they could get there sooner. Enter Jim who arrives at location within 30 minutes of our call to Kym, He was very efficient and professional and fixed our problem within minutes. Needless to say our tenant was delighted. We will recommend Precision Plumbing to all of our friends and family because we really feel that they cared that someone who just had no hot water is important.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for your hard work and determination. guys! Job Well Done.

I saw this plumbing company in yelp with good reviews, so I decided to hire them. Family owned company, run by Father and Sons. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They fix and reinstalled 3 complicated toilet bowls with handheld water bidets, installed water softener for the whole house and installed a drinking filtration system. This is not the reason why I am giving them 5 star, having done all that, the company's professionalism, fast response and most of all giving me assurance and safety of their job, makes the company one of Las Vegas Best Plumbing Companies you can relay on. I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I was in the middle of an AC nightmare and these guys really did go above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and to get it corrected. It was a long process; but they didn’t give up and they showed up to our home almost daily until it was corrected. Daryl (I believe is the owner) actually came out since it was such an ongoing issue, he was so polite and helpful. All of the techs were amazing and so nice.
We actually started to have trouble with our other unit during this heatwave we are in, we called Mike on Saturday at 4 in the afternoon and they are sending a tech out today (same day) to take a look for us. Even though they are slammed busy, they are still fitting us into their schedule! AMAZING customer service! You will not go wrong using this company, they are great and if something is wrong with anything they install, they WILL make it right. Again, can’t say enough great things about them!

The plumber arrived within the time frame as expected to our G.V., Henderson house. Billy M. was professional, courteous & knowlegable. He explained what he was doing as he went along. (I kind of followed him as he worked to learn) He was also personable & made a nervous customer become calm.... He also had to deal w/us moving our 2 small dogs from place to place so he could work w/o their presence & barking....I give Billy an A+ for all he did for our house's plumb problems.

So happy we found 702 PlumbER! Mike was awesome about listening to my mini panic attack when, while we were in the middle of prepping our house to sell, water and toilet paper gushed out of the overflow in our front yard. He was able to get someone out the same day. Mike and Chavis were quick, professional, and just all around great humans. Their pricing was fair and they did an awesome job. We're back to flushing toilets without fear of horrifying our neighbors or potential buyers with a literal sh** show. THANK YOU!

This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

After some trouble with scheduling and location, Jerry came up and helped us out in understanding our property and the situation we're facing. Whoever designed our home was an idiot, but Jerry helped in showing us what we're dealing with, offered some solutions to the problem that we can happily do ourselves, and taught me more than I was expecting. I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas and I learned things that I am thankful to now know to make me better at my job. Also, this is a family run business as is mine, so I can relate to the mindset of a parent leaving a business for his son to take over and run in the same fashion, built on old-fashioned business ethics.
