Second time we've had Eternal Plumbing Solutions help us with a plumbing problem. This was a major job, a leaking water main. As always they were extremely professional, competitively priced and did excellent work. Ryan, Nick and Jason were fantastic ... professional, courteous and interested in making sure we were satisfied with the finished job. We wouldn't use any other plumbing service.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

I needed to have my pressure restrictor value replaced as it was allowing 95psi into my house and the pressure broke my water softener. They came to replace the value and did it quickly and efficiently. At the same time I asked them to switch out my magnesium rod in the hot water tank to a aluminum rod since I'd be replacing the broken water softener the following week. The process was easy, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I know going forward any plumbing issues I have, I'll be calling Hips Plumbing LLC

This company is a total rip-off to customers who are really desperate for help. My water heater's pilot was out on weekend night so i called this company for help. Technician came up Sunday late morning just turn on pilot and some visual inspections, he charged me $125!! So i do not recommend this guys to anybody.

Such a good service! He came right away (within the hour on a saturday) and was able to fix our issue. I'm really grateful to have found a good, honest plumber. Thanks so much!

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

Being retired from working the trades at 70, I knew that the crack in the concrete came from ground settlement and the sewer line was under the crack. One plumbing company ran camera and recommended whole house jetting another company ran camera showing me the problem 20 or 30 feet from where I knew the problem was, both fishing for dollars. Marcos from City Wide Plumbing came marked the problem under the crack quoted a one day job at about 1/2 the cost and did exactly what he quoted.
