As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Len the first plumber we used was incredible with his years of experience he knew exactly what part our old shower needed. He went to the store and got the part we needed and had it installed in very little time and his install work was exceptional.

Our second plumber from IN HOUSE was Juan, he was also awesome and polite! He was great at explaining what we needed and what he was doing while installing our new kitchen sink faucet and our R/O system. He was very neat and clean and quickly finished his work, we were glad to have him in our home.

Angel himself changed out all of our old, hard water frozen valves; he was very quick and efficient.

Contacted impact to repair some old shut off valves and replace my bath tub spout. Matthew was early for both the estimate and the repair appointments. He worked very quickly and everything looks and works great! Prices were reasonable, about on par if not a bit cheaper than other plumbers I’ve hired. Will definitely contact them if I have any plumbing related issues in the future!

Dino and his spouse came out first thing in to morning to replace my outdoor hose bib, and did a phenomenal job! My last one was calcified and leaked all over. Was in and out in a jiffy! I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

I definitely recommend this company!!! This is the second time I have used this business. The first time was for air conditioning repair. The second time was for a water pressure problem I was having; which was causing the pipes in the walls to shake. Oscar was my plumber. He explained everything to me and repaired the problem perfectly. I even got a free estimate before he even started!
