We called Precision Plumbing today to come out and look at our hot water heater. They sent Thomas out to check things out and give us a free estimate. I can't say enough good things about Thomas. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Gave me a free estimate and was very honest about things. I should also mention they were out to my house within an hour of calling. I'm not sure what others would charge as we haven't had anyone else come out but I'm happy with my experience with this company and the free estimate they gave me.

Brandon and Devon came out to fix a serious plumbing issue we were experiencing. They resolved the issue fast and efficiently and we have had no problems since! Extremely pleased with our experience with Total Drain Solution and highly recommend them. 10/10 service, professionalism, and expertise.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Miguel did a great job! Detected leak in reverse osmosis system & recommended replacement of shutoff valves that had evidence of corrosion. Noticed water heater needed maintenance & drained tank & replaced necessary part. Professional & knowledgeable. Patient is explaining & resolving plumbing issues.
