I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to commend Ronnie for his outstanding and timely service. He went over and beyond my expectations and treated you like family. Would recommend to anyone else in need of plumbing services.Part 2 Review - Had a small leak again under the sink they repaired last time around the end of June. Luis came over to fix the problem even went to lengths to contact his manager so we wouldn't get charged for the repairs. Didn't take long for Luis to repair the issue and did great work.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Great professional next day service! He installed a new garbage disposal quickly and cleaned up after himself too.

Excellent all around. David and Xavier came out to discuss my options for replacing an aging water heater and installing a water softener/filter system. Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me several options without pressuring me into anything. The work they've done so far has all been top-notch! Call of Dooty will easily be my go-to for plumbing in the future.

Fantastic job on a tankless water heater and a water softening system, the technician's were very professional, the job they did was excellent ! This is more about the overall customer service. The initial technician did not arrive within the window of 9a-11a (up until 11:45 when I had to call and inquire where they were); another technician was sent who completed the job to our satisfaction. (Danny)

Max Plumbing & Air Conditioning should check with their technicians to see if they are going to meet the window they scheduled to do work. Customer also plan their schedules around the schedule they are given. If it is not going to be met, someone, should contact the customer so they are not sitting around waiting. It is a disservice and unprofessional when you leave customers high and dry with zero communication. The customer should not have to contact the company to find out where the technician is. I completely understand getting caught up on a job with unforeseen circumstances. It happens. However, on the other hand, if I wasn't available for the technician when they arrived and did not contact them to let them know I would not be at home, that would be the same disregard for their time. Respectfully, they should do the same.

The fact that this is a small business won my initial search for a plumber. Miguel was so responsive and professional that it confirmed that I had found a reliable plumber. Communication, effective service and affordable was everything that he provided. I would recommend his service to everyone!

Amazing plumbing company! I used them to fix my PRV valve on at my house and their service was exceptional! Would highly recommend; also ask for Jamie as your tech, he was fantastic.
