Keegan Bosch is very efficient and reliable. We called him for an outside faucet that we tried to replace ourselves and could not complete the job. We had the water shut off at the main valve and could not turn it back on until the new faucet was put back on. Keegan came out the same day. He was very busy but he worked us in. We are very pleased with his work. No more leaks.

Had a string of bad luck...Summer in Vegas is Hot Hot...my AC went out and in the middle of that a plumbing issue that I had to turn the water to the whole the house! Focus to the rescue! Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

Plumber was able to come out same day I called and he picked up toilets I bought at will call. He could furnish toilets but I wanted to choose myself. He had to go buy parts, but he was here early next morning & completed job quickly, professionally, & left no mess. I would call them again.

I was recommended this company through a friend and I’m really glad I used them. The team was overall friendly and helpful. I have a tendency to do a lot of research before hand so I had an idea of what might have been wrong and roughly the cost. When my technician came out he was super polite when I explained what I thought was wrong. I genuinely appreciated that especially being a female, I’ve had some people shut me down right away. After my service he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it, which was great. And the cost was perfect!! This company did an amazing job, I will definitely us them again.
