Bosch Plumbing (Keegan) did a great job installing a kitchen RO system and a fancy toilet. He was knowledgable and clear in his explanations. The next day, our water ran a bit slowly. When I called Keegan, his response was very fast and professional. It was quickly resolved by running the water a little longer to bleed residual air from the line. I would definitely recommend him!

We were having problems with our current AC system so upon recommendation we called this place and I have been sorry ever since. I will say the technicians are great!! They are friendly and do their work just fine...when they remember to install everything completely or correctly. It's the lack of care in customer service and management. We have lost wages from not working as technicians don't show and no call is received from the office. I had to call and let them know. I received a less Than fabulous attitude. I am stuck with this air unit that broke down before i made my first payment !! Seriously my flesh crawls when I see their vans!! I will never recrecommend this company ever!! I'm sorry but they simply just don't do it the right. Way.

W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.

It's a very old property and so experienced plumbers that could preserved the structure was very important. They were able to do the excavation and complete underground pipe replacment. On a Monday night, my husband noticed that our water heater had a little water leaking from the top. I researched plumbers relatively near us and reached out to four to schedule evaluations and estimates for repair or replacement. MC Plumbing responded within minutes and scheduled a next-day evaluation.

On the day of the evaluation, I received a text with the name, picture, and ETA of the team member. Fernando arrived by the ETA, and he got right to it, checked out the unit, and confirmed that we did indeed need to replace our 13-year old water heater. He told us the estimated cost. Moments after he left, I received a text with a link to the detailed estimate. It was the second lowest that we received, but the bidder for the lowest had not come to our house to evaluate the situation; they just sent an estimate through email, and theirs wasn't all that much lower.

After reviewing the estimates we received, I contacted MC Plumbing to schedule. On the day of installation, MC Plumbing texted me to let me know that Fernando was on the way. Like before, the text included his name, picture, and ETA. He and his assistant, Robert, arrived on time, greeted me, explained what they would be doing, and advised how long the work would take. They confirmed that I was ready for the water to be shut off for the duration. Then, they got to it. When they were done, they showed me the completed project and pointed out upgrades (like the pan underneath the unit) to bring the water heater up to code.

The final price was exactly as estimated. These two were friendly and professional. I will definitely call on MC Plumbing again when we need a plumber.
