Best Broken Heater in Las Vegas NV

We called Bosch Plumbing on a Sunday due to water leaking from the ceiling. After a quick call, Keegan arrived by 4:00 PM and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a nail through a water line from the home builder.

Keegan was prompt, HONEST, professional, competitive pricing, and had completed QUALITY work. Not only did Keegan check on us later to make sure everything was good, he recommended a home restoration service and builder that was also polished, professional and came out the next day to assist.

It’s hard to find such great, talented specialists in this market. We will definitely recommend Keegan and his team moving forward without delay.

After getting the run around and enormous quotes from 2 other recommended plumbers we called LV Restoration. Brian was prompt. His explanations on scope of work were understandable and the price was very fair. While we were still waiting to hear back from the previous 2 plumbers to schedule work, Brian was in and out and the job completed and not a moment too soon. We will only use LV Restoration going forward.

We had Kevin as our technician this morning and he was excellent all around, he was very helpful and knowledgeable as far as the steps of what he was doing explaining on any questions that we had about anything that he was doing, would refer him again!

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

Sink was draining very slow

The plumber we had out before had no idea what they were doing If they repaired it the way they wanted to do would have cost us thousands of dollars and a whole lot of heartaches with broken pipes and an additional 10,000 dollars to do all the water damage. On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro's. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn't sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. Michael - you are the best, thank you for your customer service, you are a true pro.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.
