Best Broken Fixture in Las Vegas NV

I had a flood in my home late at night. I didn’t know who to call. I found LVR on google. The owner Joe answered the phone & assured me he would send guys to my home immediately. Brian arrived within the hour & really calmed me down assuring me they would work directly with my insurance company & would handle the process from start to finish. I can’t say enough about this company. They really do what they say they will do & their workmanship is superior. Thank you so much Joe & team LVR. When my kitchen faucet exploded, sending water to the ceiling like an open fire hydrant, I turned off the water and called Goettl. They were able to give me the fastest appointment. Phil came over and spent a lot of time analyzing the problem and explaining it to me in a way I could understand. Although the needed work has not yet been done, I am very satisfied with Goettl’s thorough response.

These guys are the best. Worked past midnight to get our water back on. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

They really know pipes and showed me the inside of my sewer using a camera. I always follow their recommendations to avoid a sewer backup. Plus they are nice to work with.

We made an Appointment at 8 am
they were waiting outside at 745.
Did the work, cleaned up and left...

Absolutely amazing! Came out when my AC stopped working very happy it wasn’t any too bad fixes it within and hour, then came out the following week to clean it since it was a little dirty. All good n all recommend Max plumbing, Bruce was the best!
