Best Broken Fixture in Las Vegas NV

I had been researching for restoration company to help fix the damages from the heavy rain and snow last year. I had come across LV Restoration and request for an estimate. Right away, they send in Romy, who came in and told what the process was. He really got this ball moving and made sure our roof was fix right away once an estimator came in. David, a project estimator, came in and did all the necessary steps and measurements to ensure the insurance pay for the damages done. He was even nice enough to sit down with me to explain the whole process for an hour and half. Then the company send in Miguel from an asbestos company to remediate the asbestos. Miguel and his team did a great job remediating the asbestos and packing our things into a pod. Once the remediation was done, Luis, Director of Operations, and Juan, the project manager/contractor came in, and started restoring our dining/kitchen room and the apartment. Most of all, the president of this company, Joe has really help us with insurance. He really fought tooth and nails to make sure the insurance pay for the necessary repairs to be done on the house and he ensured the restoration was done right away due to my mom’s condition. This company really treat us like family all the way and make sure we are satisfied until the very end. If you want a company, you can trust and fight tooth and nails for you with the insurance. This is the company for you. My mom and I are really thankful for what this company has done for us.

Dan is the man! Super professional and just knowledgeable in his craft. Affordable prices. I had two upstairs clogged toilets and tubs. He trouble shot and resolved the problem in under an hour. I had a water leak inside my wall. Water was running out onto the floor of my garage. I called Focus Plumbing and they sent Adan Ramirez out within a few hours. Adan quoted me a fixed price for opening the wall and repairing the leak. I was a little confused by this at first, because I'm used to being charged for time and supplies. But he quickly got to work and replaced the leaking fitting inside the wall. Because he was able to do it without removing my utility sink, he ended up charging me less than the original quote. First time that's ever happened! Adan was very professional and communicated very clearly with me. I will definitely call Focus again in future.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

Josh (#821) did a great job unclogging my sink, so I gave him some cheetos. He was also a pretty cool guy.

Had an issue with a sewer line and got above and beyond help! They were quick to respond getting me up and running quickly and a long term solution was put into plan.

This is a first class plumbing company. They showed up at 8pm on Sunday to fix my water heater that had gone out. I had them replace the water softer and install pressure regulator as my house water pressure is too high. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are reasonable and very professional. They won't let you down when you need them.
