Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know’s what he’s doing, he’s friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.

Call someone else! They tried to charge my wife over $800 for what amounted to $80 in parts (retail) and maybe an hour of labor (replace shower valve cartridge - $365, replace toilet fill valve and flapper - $289, replace water supply line - $149).

Just had my water heater replaced by Francisco. He did a great and timely job.

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and efficiency of BEST. I like how they listen as we explain issues, schedule us for repair and then follow up prior to our appointment confirming they understand the issue, and then identify who will be arriving, and even sending a link (like Uber) when the person is within 30 minutes of arrival, Our toilet had been running and needed a part replaced. Levi came out this afternoon, quickly identified the issue as well as the fix. He was professional, definitely knew his stuff and was patient in answering questions. Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.
