I called Nevada plumbing authority after a dishwasher repairman left our garbage disposal unusable. They called back nearly immediately and helped us fix the issue over the phone. The plumber did not even need to visit our house! Honest and helpful. Any plumbing problem we ever have again we will be calling Nevada plumbing authority! Thank you!

I work in a skilled nursing facility, we had a underground gas leak and was shut down by southwest gas. I called LV Restoration & Plumbing about 10:30 PM. Bryan arrived at 11:00 PM. and stayed till about 1:00AM. to try to resolve the problem. unfortunately none of the plumbing parts supply stores will honer their 24hr Emergency Policies. so his hands were tied and couldnt finish that night. He returned the next day (Easter Sunday) with all the parts he needed and stayed till about 4:00PM to finish. Its good to know that there's good people out there who will put in the effort to help those in need. I feel Brian went above and beyond to help get my facility back on line. I will most definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We just finished up an emergency repair on our main water line. Jose has been a god send! His demeanor and presence was so comforting. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to rig a fix for us to get us our water back on. He was prompt, hard working and took time away from his personal schedule to come and save us from our terrible mistake. He will be our go to plumber from now on. Thank you for everything Jose!

Hip was amazing with the slab leak that was going on at my house. The entire crew that came to my house was very respectful and made sure to clean up after themselves. Hip was also very clear and detailed on what was happening and what was needing to get done. Definitely going to use them for my future plumbing needs. For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

David, the person who showed up early Wednesday morning when my home was 61. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a new furnace to replace the 20 year old one. Brendon and John installed the new one with no effort on my part except writing the check. Would recommend for anyone who is retired and living in an older home. They do not try to upsell you, just tell what you need.

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.
