I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

I appreciated that Bailey worked in this awful heat. He was so pleasant and explained what needed to be done and fixed our water main line. So great full to have water again! It was an expensive fix but I know plumbing repairs do cost quite a bit. He had to redo what the another plumber supposedly fixed 7 months ago.

Zacharyr was great! The problem was obvious, the sewage backing up to the bathtub. Zach gave me a break on the price. He ran the snake down the maintenance cleaning pipe out in front of the house. Afterward he had the camera looped down the pipe and showed me the problem, roots growing within the pipe. I will have Zach back later on and for any other plumbing down the road.

Was given an estimate by DANNY, a very knowledgeable plumbing supervisor. He answered all my questions and concerns. Arrived within an hour after i called the company. Danny was polite, courteous and very informed about my issue. I couldn't be happier with Active Plumbing's response today.

Bought a brand new Train A/C unit after talking with Lewis Weber. 3 weeks later was the first time it broke. I was told I had a defective filter and that was causing the problem. Next technician told me that was BS. Broke again the next week, Aaron came out to fix it this time, seemed very knowledgeable and nice, still couldn't tell me what the problem was. I have very little faith in this unit working properly for the next ten years. Go somewhere else.Update 8/6/21 Changing to 1 star. Now its 2 months later and my brand new AC is broken again for the third time. Now they aren't even answering the phone, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE products/service.

My fridge water valve broke on a Sunday and I needed it fixed the same day. Both my usual plumber and a different so called 24h company didn't even pick up their phones. Yes came through within 2 hours and did a great job.That being said. I felt a bit ripped off. They charged $400 for a 20min job (the valve they replaced costs $10). I'm still giving them 5 stars because they showed up and they do offer a 2 year warranty which gives me piece of mind but I probably won't call them again because of the cost.

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.
