Precision Plumbing is one of the worst companies ever. We had a plumbing problem about 2 years ago. The technician that came out didn’t finish the job. Said he would be back. Set up one appointment, and he didn’t show (said he got into an accident) set up a second appointment which he blew off completely. Canceled the charges on my card and called out another company that did the work.At the time I called the Manager of Precision Plumbing and explained, he apologized and said he would take the charges off.Now here is the best part. 2 years later we get a demand letter saying Precision Plumbing is going to put a lien on the house. I have to get the company who fixed the problem to look through the back invoices…Talked to the supervisor who said this whole problem was my fault because when the original technician was out and gave me his number I should have called the corporate offices when he failed to show up (as his employees and technicians are not representatives of the company).Precision Plumbing is a really bad business. Do not have them do any work for you.

Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

I contacted Silver State Plumbing due to a running/leaking toilet in my powder room. The customer service was excellent with providing prompt service.
Silver State rapidly sent out a tech to resolve my plumbing issues. Silver State sent Henry Daniels and Joe which were professional, pleasant and prompt. They assessed my issues and provided a resolution instead of giving me a quick fix and a band-aid repair. Henry & Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with their recommendations and repairs. These gentlemen know their business and this dynamic duo worked together like a well oiled machine until the very end. I was ecstatic and very pleased with them both, these guys are AMAZING!!! My property manager had them.come out to my hone to look at my water heater to be repaired. Have me move out my can am ryker and my atv to look at it just to wait for an approval they don't get waste my time with all.of it. Never have your customers move things around if u don't even have an approval to fix it smh
