He understood the importance of the matter and was there the next day. He had the upmost respect and world class customer service. His years of experience and knowledge in the industry truly helped me be more at ease and I consider myself blessed that he was plumber assigned for my repair order. Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy went above and beyond to fix my house when every single pipe broke. Working 6 days a week to ensure I can get my house back. They were accommodating and just amazing human beings. Anytime I had a problem Ken was right there or was on the phone. His communication set a high bar that alot of my other companies can't reach. His problem solving was great and he cared. I had animals and they all took care of them and treated them amazingly. Gerado and Jimmy worked so incredibly hard and for long periods of time in the extreme heat with no complaints or anything. They cared about my house and treated it like it was there own. Always willing to help and answer questions I might have. They even came on weekends to save me when I was in my darkest time. Upstanding gentlemen were Gerado and Jimmy. I can not thank them enough. You must go with these guys. Ken is the supervisor and is so straight forward and willing to help anyone out. He will tell you exactly what he is thinking for the job and the price. Makay serviced my home on April 17th, 2023. He did an absolute amazing job. The Friday before we'd had subcontractors from First American Home Warranty come out who claimed to not be able to locate the mainline septic system. They also came at the very last minute of their scheduled window, so they weren't able to do anything. The following Monday Makay came out at 11:59am, one minute earlier than scheduled. He was able to locate the source of the problem within minutes. He was polite, courteous, and worked diligently. All toilets and baths were finally operable again. I will definitely be going back to this company if we ever have another plumbing issue. You won't be disappointed with Hydro Plumbing. If you want to actually be able to use your toilet again without disgusting backflow, call them.

This is a Company that is truly honest, competent, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have used Anthem plumbers twice. Leonard is just wonderful. He is as courteous as can be and a top notch professional. On each call Anthem came right out and did the repairs. They are among the most honest and competent home repair Companies I have yet found. I recommend them highly. I now only call them for my home repairs.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
