Best Main Water Line Repairs in Las Vegas NV

I was having plumbing issues with my bathroom and the problem was solved efficiently with no further issues. They were very responsive and professional.

This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

Again they have bad service , they did not update us of our status, I had to find out by the warranty company. It's all about customer service unfortunately that is what they

The plumber that showed up was on time said his name Dennis . Looked at the hot water heater said I. See the problem won’t take long. I’ll have you up and running in no time , bottom line he’s fast and knowledgeable , plumber and the company get the 100% recommendation thank you plumbing solutions of Nevada

Next day service, very quick, wonderful pricing, Eric was thoughtful and answered all my questions throughly. He was hardworking and job the job quickly. Wonderful place, they do great work, :)

Do Not Use! In My Opinion, This Company Is Very Suspicious!
Darren came by June 1st 2023 to provide an estimate, arriving about 2 hours late I might add. I also had to call twice for an update, instead of them letting me know what’s going on. He sold me on the idea of coming back the next day (June 2, 2023) around 2PM. He never showed up. I tried contacting him, but got no reply. I called the office and spoke with someone named Mike. He said Darren showed up and had tried to reach me but was unable to and left. I told him I have security cameras around my house and I can attest he never showed up and he never tried to call. What worries me is a stranger who is clearly not reliable or honest, now has my personal information, such as my home address, what my property layout is like, my gate code and he also asked me if I had a dog. That, along with wasting your value time, is a reason why I would NOT recommend this business.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I call this company for a toilet leak hoping to find local company. The appointment was two days later and the leak had stopped for unknown reasons. While the plumber was there I asked about replacing two faucet shower valves and one spout. He took pictures (all he needed per plumber) and said would get back to me. I was charged the $89 evaluation fee and told it could be used on the repair of the valves and spout. During the service call the plumber did say it would cost over $700 to replace the actual fixture if i did not want to just replace the valves. A week Iater I contacted company (as agreed upon at evaluation)their return email stated the valves were discontinued and i will need to find new ones. I asked for the make and model needed but they said they didn't know. How did they know the valves were discontinued if they can't give vital info. I researched several suppliers who stated I need make and model again I asked I they could give info after several emails (in one of their emails they asked if I had original packaging) I was told it was a mixet brand and could get at home depot. Again I researched and found a product I thought was correct and sent part number to confirm I had the right part. Again I was told they don't know. How do they know you can get it at home depot if they don't know what part I need. The company has clearly stated that they will not warranty any work if they did not provide the actual value. If the replacement valves are available at home depot why did they say the valve was discontinued. I have tried numerous time to get the correct part to replace the valves. This company has given me the total runaround and charged for a evaluation in which they provided no information other that they don't know. The latest email I received said the valves were extremely old and used in low end motels. They also have not seen in 10 to 12 years. They did send me a link easy to install with a screw driver which did not work. Their advise is I replace with somthing from moen or Kohler which will cost me at least $700 apiece and I will need to hire another company to fix the tile which they would need to remove. I originally gave the company a three but after the latest round of emails I lowered it to a one.

I read the owners response and totally disagree with the reply. As stated in my review the only real option I was given was to replace the entire unit not just the valve. All I requested was the correct make and model of the valves so I could try to obtain them for replacement. Instead of getting the information I got the runaround.

Mark was very professional. Answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products being offered. These were the System Cleaning (includes ducts), heat barrier, insulation, ultraviolet light and new electrostatic filters.

This is the third time I use ProStar Plumbing (on a variety of jobs) - I had tried several others before and was always disappointed - This is not the case with ProStar: they are very professional and the job is always well done. Came promptly. Charged me $175 for a clogged drain. Didn't like the price but what can you do. Technician did his job well and clean as well. Giving 4.5 stars here due to the price and because I can't give it above.

They replaced my water main about two years ago as it was leaking in the front yard. After the replacement my irrigation system stopped working in the back yard and only after some investigating I discovered the sunny plumber installed a ball valve to control the water to the irrigation system, they failed to put in a valve access box and buried the ball valve in the front yard in the off position... I had to dig up my front yard to find it (luckily I took photos so I knew where it was before they buried it).

Upon turning the water on all of my pipes were cracked and leaking due to damage from them trenching my front yard and they also cut my electrical l wires to control my sprinklers... I guess this is their way of “doing things the right way” like they say in the commercials! Over charged me $8500 for a water main replacement and then destroyed my irrigation system and buried the evidence... solid company right here!

Following a leaking angle stop valve on a Sunday evening, Daniel arrived in under 20 minutes and solved the problem in the most professional way. He even finished a new toilet installation at the same time. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Daniel and his company. I sent a message on a late Sunday afternoon and expected a reply the next day to get my hot water heater fixed. They responded in less than 10 minutes and had a technician scheduled the next morning. Jason was outstanding and very friendly. He replaced the water heater and fixed an existing problem to make the system right. I highly recommend pure plumbing and air for your plumbing work.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Max Plumbing contacted me immediately after I placed a request on Home Advisor. They came to the house within 3 hours. Randy Aquino was extremely pleasant and very, very helpful. We minor repairs to be done before selling our house. He was wonderful. Had to order a part, but we already made the appointment for him to come back to complete the job. Randy is a wonderful representative to Max Plumbing.
