I had a major flood from an overflowing septic pump in the basement of my house. It filled my movie theater room with you know what. I tried my usual plumber, and he said he did not know how to handle it. So I contacted Eternal late that evening and they sent Jason the next day. He was able to stop the mess from getting any worse and had a new pump the next day and put it in. He was good to work with, quick to get down to work, and got the job done when I needed it. I have used him on two other jobs since then. Needless to say, I am very happy with his work.

Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency.
