Best Drain Cleaning in Kansas City MO

Worked great for clearing a line, not sure I'd recommend going any further. Had a new water heater installed. That went alright despite some confusion on the type but we got that resolved pretty quick. So they told me about a warranty program (which was actually a maintenance agreement), and I signed up for it. If you have two HVACs, you pay double by the way. Three technicians Joel, Victor and Mark, all vouched for how great it was. You get priority service and discounts on all your services. Thought I was in good hands. Then the dreaded moment occurred that one of the HVACs stopped working. It was 10:30 on Saturday night, and they said they'd have a tech out in the morning. Except then I got a phone call at 11:30 Sunday morning that they were running behind. Went with a reschedule to Sunday afternoon. Got a text at 5:30pm that they may not be able to meet all their commitments that day. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. I called company that had installed a generator at my old house and they were able to book me for Monday afternoon, and charging $50 for the diagnostic rather than the discounted member rate of 90. Texted back to Anthony's that I was able to book for less with a non member company and asked if they'd match the $50 diagnostic fee. (Didn't get the priority I was signed up for, so figured why not ask.) No response. Called Monday morning to find out if I was on the schedule and they said no, there was a note that I'd booked with a competitor for $50. So I cancelled all the pending maintenance agreement stuff and stated that I wanted to cancel the maintenance agreement subscription. I was told someone will be in touch with me about that. Looks like most have better luck with them than I did, so hopefully you will. I guess I'll chalk it up to the heat wave, but that's kind of when you'd expect to be able to tout that priority service arrangement, right?

Super happy with Kevin and everyone at KB. He took the extra time to find the issue rather than the other two companies that took a quick look and told me I needed a whole new system. Saved me a good chunk of money and now it’s done right. A neighbor recommend KB and had very good things to say - I’m very happy I decided to make the phone call.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Fast and good prices

After making an appointment for 4 p.m., requiring me to leave work early, the plumber had not shown up by 4:30. When I called, he said that he would be unable to get to my appointment due to a large repair he was working on, but would set me up for a 7 a.m. appointment the next morning. However, by 7:30 the next day, he still had not arrived or called. When I called, I got voicemail. Nearly two hours after my appointment, I still have not heard from him. Being pushed back because of a large repair I can understand. Rudeness I cannot.
