We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. A big shout-out to Quick Relief Plumbing! We had a problem on Christmas Eve and they came out quickly, and fixed the problem. They were professional and they were clean! We just moved into our new home and I have some other things that I wanted to be done with the plumbing. My first call will always be Quick Relief Plumbing!

This company met every expectation I had. With the COVID-19 spreading so quickly, I was worried about having someone come in to our home to fix our plumbing problems. Zack called ahead to make sure we still felt comfortable with him coming in our home. He wore protective gear and made sure to sanitize any areas he worked. It was so appreciated. I feel like most companies don’t truly care about their customers, but I promise you, this one does! I would highly recommend!! HE FARMS HIS WORK OUT. I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT, NEVER GOT A SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND SOME RANDOM GUY CAME TO DO THE DRAIN CLEANING AND DIDN'T COMPLETE HIS WORK. WHEN I CHALLENGED JOHN ON HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PEOPLE HE IS USING UNDER HIS COMPANIES UMBRELLA! Ask to see his licenses and make sure you get a scope of work & bill of services if you dare.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional....
