Best Water Leak Repairs in Kansas City MO

Tim recognized our need to replace a water heater plus addl plumbing. He started the job about 8:30p on Sat and completed it about 2am Sun! Above and beyond. Price was high but within reason compared to others.

UPDATE: KB Plumbing did come out and fix the issue by noon that day.You come out to fix an issue and then state there is a problem with garbage disposal...then you put disposal on...then the next day water is all over the floor...and then I call to have you all come out and address issue and you say it will be between 9 and 5...you all messed up and now you want me to wait around 8 hours for someone to come out...ok...I will just call every 30 minutes until someone comes...bad enough the guy didn't verify his work was correct and then be like I can only give a 9 to 5 window...also you guys were not my choice nor was I at home to ensure you did your job correctly nor do I believe the disposal was a problem it only became an i$$ue for you all

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

Mike at Bristol was happy to stop by first thing and not only did he fix what he came for, but was able to fix a few other plumbing pieces around the house. Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
