We had a fitting break off a pipe causing us to shut the water off to the whole Serve & Lift Center KC Food Pantry. All other plumbers were quoting overtime responses or next day response. One call to The Plumbing Pro, and before I was even off the phone with the lovely call taker, we had a plumber in route!! After assessing and gather necessary parts, quoted a fair price, and had the work done quickly. We will definitely reach out again should the need arise!!

Home warranty nightmare resolved with Quality Plumbing Inc. I called them for a water heater replacement and they arrived within a couple of hours. Adam, my first point of contact, was extremely professional, kind, and didn't waste any time getting someone to help us out. Our home warranty company (HWA) continued to play games and low-ball our payout for a new water heater. Unfortunately, Ken the service technician, had to wait for prior authorization in my garage while I was on the phone. He was very patient, positive, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Ken. After our wait, he replaced our old water heater quickly and efficiently. The folks at Inception Plumbing are not only professional and responsive, but genuine, fun, and caring. My wife and I had an issue where our main gas line had a severe leak. At the time, we had had another company with whom we had used before, come out and take a look. We were told we would have a bid that night, latest next morning. We didn't have a bid for an entire week, during which we too, didn't have gas. No gas meant no hot water-no showers, no clean clothes, and no clean dishes.
