Gunnar and Riley were amazing! I had a wasp nest in my dryer duct and both gentlemen acted fast and swift. (Even though Gunnar got stung. 😔)However, Gunnar kept an upbeat positive attitude the entire time while ensuring the wasps and nest were taken care of!So thankful for both guys customer service and great attitudes.Five-star rating for sure!!!

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Needed our water tank installed and done asap. Quality Plumbing came and took care of us promptly. Nick was extremely personable and knowledgable. Would highly recommend!

You can't beat Tope plumbing. Only plumbing company I'll use or even let near my house now. I've used the big names and been ripped like everyone else. You won't find another honest, reliable, and most of all trusting team. I've used them for capping gas lines, roughing in a bar, moving washer lines, to completely reworking an entire bathrooms plumbing. Stop searching and call them.

John replaced our leaky water heater in the garage! I’m always hesitant calling service professionals to do work in my home ;) but..... from the minute I spoke with JCS, I knew I called the right company. Disappointed with the services here...I had called yesterday in regards to a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed..The receptionist quickly scheduled my appointment for the following morning and said someone would be out between 8-11am. Around 11:45am I still hadn’t heard from anyone so decided to call in and check..the receptionist then decided to tell me that my appointment had been moved to 3pm (was not given any notice) and that she would call the plumber to see how long it would be. She called back and let me know that I was allegedly the “next stop” on his route. 4:00pm rolls around and i STILL had not heard from anyone. I called back yet again and explained to the the receptionist how we needed someone out immediately since the plumbing issue was now causing a leak in our ceiling from sitting for so long.. she told me she was unable to reach the plumber and since she hadn’t heard from him I should go ahead and call someone else.. very disappointed with the customer service here and will definitely not recommend or use again.

Being a new home owner, I was overwhelmed with all the things going wrong, including having no hot water. I called and spoke with Dan, who listened patiently and asked questions to help troubleshoot over the phone. When he realized a service call would be needed, he arranged for Zach to come out the same day. Zach arrived in the afternoon after letting me know he was on his way. What can I say, Zach was wonderful; identifying the problem and fixing it, while explaining to me what he was doing. I am keeping Quality Plumbing with Dan and Zach on speed dial! Thank you for solving one problem in that first week of new home ownership.
