Best Sewer Service Repair/Installation in Kansas City MO

Please DO NOT use this company. We had work done with them that seemed expensive but didn’t get a second opinion. Then they came out for routine AC maintenance. The technician spoke only to my fiancé, who does not own the house, and didn’t acknowledge me. He then told us that our AC was leaking coolant. He quoted $700 to “fill it as a bandaid” OR $600 to search for a leak plus either $3,500 or $4,500 plus labor to fix the coil plus ~$1000 to add more coolant. We had a second opinion out who said “they’re trying to rob you. There’s nothing wrong with your AC”. AVOID THEM.

Climate Control did an amazing job on every part of my interaction with them. They were very friendly on the phone and helped walk me through my options. They came out and installed a new system next day! I would highly recommend Climate Control to anyone with HVAC needs.

Overall, very satisfied with our technician, Michael. We some breaker issues and Mike quickly assessed the issue. H answered all of our questions, gave us a reasonable plan of action to address our electrical concerns, and provided great recommendations. We will definitely call them again for our electrical needs.

Plumbing issues are never a fun experience and never happen at a convenient time. With that said Mike at Bristol Plumbing was very easy to work with. One call and he was at the house that day. He repaired the problem, was clean and did a knockout job in a timely manner. He had us flowing in the right direction in no time. Could not be happier with the work. He is a true professional. We were having issues with our AC. We got some to come out the next day and they thought they fixed the issue. By the evening the AC was still struggling. They came out again the following day and he spent two hours checking every piece of the unit to find the issue. He provided a same day option, but it would not be as manufacturer intended. They also said to get the exact part it would have to be ordered and take up to a week, but it would work as manufacturer intended. We went ahead and waited the week. They came out today and spent 3-4 hours cleaning everything and installing the new part. They have been very kind, hardworking, and available to help get our AC on and working again. I am very appreciative of them!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
