The routine maintenance services has always been completed perfectly, and this time was no exception. In addition he mentioned an air scrubber system, that I decided could likely help the health of my adult son. I was not aware of this system and appreciate him telling me about it. On January 4th of 2023 we had Climate Control come out to look at a leak. The tech -Keith came out and said that we needed the expansion tank replaced due to the one that we had failed. And we needed to move the tank higher up from the water filter. So that meant all the plumbing had to be done. We had the repairs done $1200.00. 3 weeks later we had the same leak . So what he did fix was not the issue. The water filter was leaking and climate control wanted us to pay another amount of $700.00 (that’s including labor)to repair the water filter and it was less than 30days of the repair. We was fine with paying for the part but not the labor. Keith did say that climate control was not going to discount the labor. But why are we paying for labor if what we called them out for was a leak. Keith did say we need to call and talk to Kirley H. We spoke with Kirley and agreed to a 500.00 parts and labor for a water filter and yet we are still waiting for that call back . And we still have the leak At this point we will not be calling Climate Control for any service. Unfortunately Climate Control has service our heating and cooling and somewhat plumbing for 8 years and this is what we get for being loyal customers.

I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

We needed a plumber to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. We had already had another plumbing company out to see us TWICE and they could not find the problem. We called Bristol and they were very accomodating. Mike was on time and very professional. In a very short time, he and his coworker fixed the drain, cleaned up and I felt like they were very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely call them next time we have any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

These are absolutely the guys to call if you don't mind sewage leaking heavily into your basement while they do the repairs. Even after they were shown the leak beforehand. And then leaves without cleaning up.
Got the snake stuck in the toilet and then had to borrow our shop vac to drain the toilet before pulling it. So he would've let toilet water go everywhere. And then he pulled the toilet and set it in the bathtub that was just professionally painted on a remodel to this bathroom 2 weeks ago. Which he also knew.
Seriously people... WTH!!
