DeJean E. was our technician, and he did an absolutely spectacular job. He explained things well and in easily understood terms (without ever being condescending) and was genuinely a joy to have out. He was on time and friendly and did quick but high quality work. The sink he fixed is working great now, and we really appreciate it!

Wait time with my call was very minimal, the responder who answered was polite and got me right to who I needed. I got a call back from a dispatcher quickly to let me know about how long my wait would be (huge in this heat!) and I was expecting an hour or 2 and got a call from the tech within half an hour! Micah came out so fast to help when our AC went from good to 80 degrees rapidly in this horrible heat. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and professional and got right down to business even with some slight hiccups in billing with our property manager. He had a smile every time he spoke to me even sitting out in the sun to work on the unit.

I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.

From the first phone call to ask questions and schedule service until the young man who came to clear my kitchen drain left everything was amazing.
In a bit of a panic with both kitchen sick clog and lots of standing water. Problem was not only solved but changes were made to make draining system more efficient. My husband was a master plumber for many years and he approved of and was impressed by the changes that were made which is a huge compliment from my perfect plumber husband. Service tech was so nice, efficient and cared about our issue. Oh, and as a bonus, very reasonable cost!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Wel-Don is not the glitz and glamour as other companies but, do a job well done w/ fair with pricing. I would call them again!!
