Best Service Call in Kansas City MO

We had a challenging problem caused by installing our sliding glass door. The installers nicked a wire. Our Anthony’s technician D. J. Was able to diagnose the problem after a thorough assessment, and kept communicating with me along the way, in a manner which I could understand.He was competent and professional dealing with an unusual situation that caused 7 outlets to go out. He got us up and running for a reasonable price. Now I am working on reimbursement from the installation company !!

When my hvac system was replaced they were unable to use a wired thermostat and replaced it with a wireless one less than 3yrs ago. I'm moving and tried to get information about how discontinuing my internet service would affect the operation of the wireless thermostat. I had to call several times in order to actually speak with a technician who assured me that it didn't require the internet to work. However, since my internet was turned off it's been staying around 65° no matter what it's set to. There only response is to charge me for a service call even though I never asked for a wireless thermostat. This is NOT a Smart thermostat yet the customer service ppl that answer their phone, and even the tech I spoke with, assume I can talk to it.

After having several plumbers out to discuss our job, we decided to work with Mike / Bristol Plumbing.
After recently moving to the area from the east coast we were looking for a plumber who could help us with our ktichen remodel and install a new hot water heater but we were also looking for a plumber that we could call on in the future for other remodeling endeabvors or repears. Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

They came very early and I was very pleased.

They are my go to company. Replaced furnace and ac at my personal house. The entire sewer line. Was there ASAP. They have done work on all of our rental properties and business. Even stopped what they were doing to help my mom with her broken ac and a hundred degree day. Would recommend him to anyone.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
