Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Woke up to realize our furnace had stopped working overnight. Not ideal for early January and 3 small children in our house. By the end of the afternoon, Quality Mechanical had someone there to fix the issue. Super easy to get in touch with someone and they got to our house the same day!

We had a huge leak in our garage due to pipes freezing on the day we moved into our new home. They sent someone out quickly (I believe his name was Jason) and got us taken care of. It was a long day and a stressful situation and the man who fixed it for us had such a warm, friendly presence that he really put us at ease. He was great and we will definitely be using this place for any plumbing problems moving forward. Plus, for last minute, night time service, the pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend them!

Great experience! We discovered our clogged drain last night about 5:00. It was horrible..standing black water covering most of our basement. I immediately contacted Roto-Rooter and in under an hour I had Keith here. He was amazing! He got right to work and figured out where the clog was and got it fixed within 30 minutes! He was very informative and even drew us a picture to explain how our clog happened! I wish we could upload pictures so I could show the before and after, I can't believe the difference. I would highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter to anyone that wants the job done right!! Thank you Keith & Roto-Rooter!!

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.

Have used them more than once they show up late all the time or set up a appointment and don't show up and don't return calls. If it is a job they can't charge you a big figure they won't wast there time . BUT THEY WILL WAST YOURS!
