Terry was able to come out sooner than expected, gave us the price before starting the work, and was done with the repair within an hour. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, why it happened and how he would fix it. I've done various plumbing fixes myself but also know when the work is above my skill level. Will definitely use The Plumbing Pro for the next time!

Royaltee Plumbing has exceeded any expectations. Very reliable and transparent when it comes to cost. He was up front with cost and additional work that would be required after the job was completed. I will never use anyone else again. He was here to replace two toilets, and remove and replace a cast iron tub and lining.

I called Roto-Rooter to come fix my broken sump pump. I was told someone would be out in an hour. It wasn't until two hours later that Shane arrived. He was very professional and courteous. Shane quickly informed me I would need to replace the sump pump and he gave me a quote. He was not be able to fix it until the following afternoon because he needed approval from a supervisor. This gave me time to research the installation and confirm I would be able to do it myself. I ended up making an early morning trip to Home Depot and spending 1/4 of what I was quoted by Roto-Rooter. I cancelled my appointment with Shane and paid for his assessment. If not for that approval process I would have ended up spending a lot more. I'm sure I would have been happy with Shane's installation as he seemed to know his work well.

Fred came out the same day I called, and gave us a bid. Waited patiently while I arranged finances to see if he could fix it today or had to wait for a few days. Got right to work when I managed it, and was very reassuring the whole time. He was very polite and understanding of my anxiety and worked well with our dogs being around. He showed me the repair, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. This is the second time I've had Roto-Rooter out for water issues at my home and they have always been wonderful! I will definitely keep using them as long as I can get such support and positive people helping me.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
