Great work, but a little pricey!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I called them based on a referral from a friend and I’ll never use anyone else. Prompt and very knowledgeable.. they had the issue fixed immediately when another company had me jumping through all sorts of other nonsense. These guys rock. Thanks QP!

I just finished renovating a 100 year-old house. The plumbing - which I had put in new - worked fine until I had four relatives stay with me and then both toilets backed up. I called Roto Rooter for a free camera inspection. The tech told me he wasn't sure what was causing the clog, but he gave me a written $2300 estimate to fix it. ?? He said I would need to remove planks from my covered deck and they would need to bring out a backhoe to dig up all the lines to inspect. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Danny with Quality Plumbing came out this morning and removed the clog within 15 minutes........for $128. I will never call anyone else. Thank you, Danny and thank you, Quality Plumbing!

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

I needed a water heater moved about one foot, and a pipe to the water heater moved from under an I-beam to over and around it. I was quoted $910 by John after he calculated parts and labor on his phone, saying this was a big job and would take two guys 5-6 hours. Quite frankly I was shocked and I challenged that questioning how moving a pipe and the water heater could take that long. I figured about 2-3 hours. John was insistent it would be a big job. The work was done well ... in 3 hours. Instead of being good businessmen and reducing my cost do to their grossly (no pun intended) overstated labor costs and time - THEY INCREASED IT! I was billed $1000 per bid. That is not what was bid and it certainly did not take 5-6 hours as described in the bid. I feel as if I was deliberately over-bid (not to mention over-charged). I will NEVER use these thieves again. It's too bad, when Val Gross owned/ran this company it was very respectable. The new owner is not trustworthy if he allows this type of business practices to go on. When I tried to call and complain about the obvious over-bid and over-charge my calls were never returned.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
