Our ac went out late Saturday night, I called on Sunday morning for service. Kelsey one of the CSRs was so kind and helpful, she even sent Donny out that same afternoon! He was quick to diagnose the issue and was even able to replace the part right away! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions very clearly. He hung around and talked to us to make sure the house was cooling down. Even our dog loved him! We will definitely use Donny and Climate Control for all our HVAC and plumbing needs!

John is phenomenal. He has completed numerous plumbing projects and fixed so many issues that arose when we bought our house. Toilets, garbage disposal, faucets, unclogging drains etc. He’s done a lot for us. I highly recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs and his pricing is great also.

He arrived looked at our scope of work and proposed a 3 option plan for our plumbing project which was also helpful.
