Best Pumps in Kansas City MO

Had scheduled service for 1/4/23 for a clogged pump. 9pm came around and nobody had showed or bothered to call/text to let me know they weren’t able to come, so I had to call them and reschedule. The next available day was 1/6/23. I said I work at 2pm can we please get them out before noon? They put me down, supposedly, for first call. I guess first call is at 2pm because that’s when Seth showed up. Seth also arrived completely unprepared and spent about 5 seconds in the bathroom before he determined the pump was “installed wrong” and had to reschedule me again for 1/8/23. I couldn’t roll my eyes any harder. I had a second opinion come out and confirm what I thought, the pump was clogged (I’m a woman so what do I know, right Seth?). And thanks to Anthony’s not coming out when I first called them, it sat there and the motor burned out. So I have to replace the pump completely. This company is unreliable and greedy and their employees are lazy and ignorant. You can tell by the recent influx of negative reviews they’re trying to hide and push down in the feed.

Climate Control did an amazing job on every part of my interaction with them. They were very friendly on the phone and helped walk me through my options. They came out and installed a new system next day! I would highly recommend Climate Control to anyone with HVAC needs.

Steve replaced our 31 year-old water heater with a modern tankless type. This was a challenging job in a 100 year-old house. He did a fine job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. We are pleased with the the quality installation and the seemingly endless supply of hot water.

He also responded to an emergency leak from a faulty dishwasher and replaced a defective shutoff valve on short notice.

I recommend him for work in mature houses.

On time, courteous and kept me informed about everything they did. Showed me before and after pictures of the ducts. What a difference. We love AB May!

Very prompt service on initial phone call for my clogged kitchen sink drain. They were not able to auger out the issue so they had to schedule out a second visit to jet out the clog. They came in for the second visit and were able to clear the issue. They were very prompt and pricing is comparable to other drain service providers in the area. Would call again in the future and would recommend to others as well.

We had several plumbing related issues that we had let go. A leaky upstairs shower(previous company had hacked my ceiling and left it leaking), a leaky toilet and a non functioning outside faucet . I came across Essential Plumbing, they scheduled me quickly. A smaller company with great customer service. Doug came out(I believe he is the owner) and took care of all of our issues in one trip for a great price! Doug was professional and courteous to me and my family. A++ in my book!

I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I just had Steve and Adam out to fix a frozen outside faucet. They are just amazing! They are efficient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain in laymen’s term what happened and how to prevent it in the future.

John replaced our leaky water heater in the garage!
