Tristan was very personable and knowledgeable. Communicated great and easy to talk to. Never pressured me to do service i wasnt ready for and gave me all options and showed me a few otheer things I didn't know how to do. (I asked how to restart a pilot light on my water Heater) He also helped me with a small faucet issue while fixing a valve under my sink. I will use Anthony again for sure.

Sam Suddarth did a great job in locating and repairing a burst water pipe. He was done within an hour, did not make a mess, and is very personable and professional

Mike did a great job installing a gas range in an old Brookside home. H also bailed me out with an excellent electrician when it turned out that the delivery team didn't handle the electrical hookup.

I appreciate your attention to detail, and your professionalism while setting up the drain, supply, and gas lines for my basement remodel.

I would definitely recommend the Plumbing Pros for any plumbing related work that you need done on your home. The price was reasonable and the service, from the dispatcher / customer service agent to, of course, the guys that did the work on site was fast, efficient and competently executed.

I still have more work to do, and I am happy now that I have found a reliable company to help out with my future projects.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
