John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. Would not recommend this company. The serviceman ruined the brand new shower faucet and replaced it with a cheap faucet that doesn't match the set I bought. So now I have to go spend more money on a new faucet. We were charged $650 for 2 hours of work. Not happy!!!

Jason went above and beyond to help resolve our plumbing issue. The initial call led to finding mold, but Jason continued to be available through the whole mitigation process- communicating promptly, even when not at work. At one point, he even came over to determine a parts list on his own time so he would be prepared to fix the original issue as soon as the all clear was given. My husband and I are so deeply grateful to Jason for his knowledge and skill set. Aside from all that, he was incredibly kind and personable!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

Kyle came to our home to clear the mainline of our 90 year old home. His service was excellent, he went above and beyond by walking me through all of the plumbing in our house while he was here to look for future potential issues. He did not try to up-sell just gave me tips on how to prevent issues. The price was lower than I expected and he was so nice to work with on a day when we were so stressed to have a messy disgusting back up in the basement drain!
