Earlier this morning I noticed my air conditioner making a weird noise....well bad sign and it died. Called and spoke to Ms. Amanda. She was so courteous and quickly took my info and dispatched a technician out to diagnosis my issue. Nate arrived promptly and determined my motor was dead. Welllll since I'm a renter I had to let my landlord handle the rest but I am extremely grateful for Nate's professionalism and pleasant demeanor. If I am ever in need of service again I won't hesitate to call. Thank you Amanda and Nate!

Our sump pump battery failed on us just ahead of some major storms rolling into the area. KB Complete came out same day and evaluated the problem, confirmed the need for a new battery and replaced it the next day. On time, great communication, super courteous team; they totally deserve the high ratings that they have. 5 Star quality!

feedback on recent service by Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Although The plumber was courteous and provided the service requested, the price was outrageous for the time and materials provided. This was not an emergency service, however, we needed a shower faucet repaired or replaced. Typical pricing for this repair runs $275 - $400 on the high end. It took the Connelly Plumbing Solutions’ plumber 40 minutes to replace the 2 faucets and the 2 stems behind the knobs. They charged me and $706!! Lesson learned for me not to use them again, and I would not recommend Connelly Plumbing Solutions. It is a complete rip off !!

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
