Best Plumbing Inspection in Kansas City MO

Where to begin, scheduled a combo (spigot outdoors repair- add outlet inside) made appointment 2 weeks ago for this morning. At 11:00a.m. no one had called or shown up- called KB- spoke to someone that assured me the tech is finishing up a job and ours was the next one. At 1:00p.m. KB calls me, first told the tech had to leave for an emergency, then it was one was out sick, then didn't know we had a combo appt and the tech couldn't do both, she was new. Need to reschedule. Honestly after hearing so many different reasons/excuses no telling what was the truth. So frustrating to stay home waiting for a repairman from 8am-1pm- our time is valuable (we do not work from home- work in offices). So last I heard was a plumber was coming from Gladstone and still unknown if anyone for electric would be responding. Poor Customer service- care all around. Hopefully if and when someone does show up things will be fixed correctly and all the waiting will be worth it. Glad there are other choices out there disappointed as we have been using KB past few years for alot of services, seems like making appointment time windows isn't that difficult- even calling up customers to update on situations.

Cory is wonderful, he tolerated my barking dogs with grace. Solved all my problems in less than an hour. He was on time and the office called before he arrived to give me a ETA. I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I 100% recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively from now on.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. They did a great job with efficiency. With plumbing partners like this, you can handle your kitchen renovation yourself with confidence. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

HORRIBLE company!!! I called and specifically asked them if they service my area and they said yes, they set my appointment up, THEN 20 minutes later, calls me to tell me that they don't service my area!!!!! After we had already talked to them three different times!!! Waste of my time when it is an emergency!!! Horrible customer service!

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
