Justin Fuller was A+++ Extraordinary!! He saved us! Our furnace motor went out in the middle of winter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it working again! He was so professional and knowledgeable about everything.He even took the time to educate me about our system. I will recommend KB Complete to everyone I know.I also want to give a huge thank you to Kristen Ramey, their Customer Support Specialist at KB Complete. She called me to let me know that the previous owners of our house had a 10 yr warranty and that it was eligible to be transferred into our names!!! So grateful for this company!They also do Plumbing, Cooling, and electrical work in addition to heating. I can’t say enough! Hire them!

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

I had always done my own minor plumbing repairs. I had a toilet which ran, so I replaced the fill valve. Then I could NOT get the supply line to stop leaking. Out of frustration I called Steve. He had the leak stopped, the toilet tuned up and everything ship shape in no time, all for a very reasonable price. I've since referred him to my in-laws and some others. He has been a jewel every time!

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

They were highly recommended too us. I cannot comment on the level of work they perform, because my husband left a message and they never bothered to return his call. That's why it's one star. Fortunately, we did get our pipes fixed.

Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
