William came out to look at our water heater - the pilot light had gone out and wouldn’t relight.We knew our heater was old, and it needs to be replaced. William got it lit - so we will have hot water in the short term. Then he spent time explaining the options available - and the pros and cons of each. He answered our questions and sent estimates for the different options. There was no pressure at all. I really appreciate the time he took to educate us - and for fixing the immediate need so we have some time to make a decision on a new water heater.I’ve always had a great experience with Anthony’s, and this was no different.

Very professional did a complete job and gave me the results. Everything is working great as it should after only one year. We are happy with KB except when sold our system we were told the first 2 checkups were free with a free air filter we did get the air filter free with the first check up after calling in as the policy changed. So I purchased 3 mere 13 filters online for what one cost from KB. I will schedule the next checkup for December soon.
