Best New Furnace Install in Kansas City MO

I've always used Anthony PHC for yearly maintenance of my home's heating, cooling, and plumbing. I requested their electrical service to repair the recent storm damage to the outside meter to my home. A service technician was dispatched within 24 hours and fixed the problem to code. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Had a bad leak that came through our garage ceiling. A.B. May sent Joe out the same day! He got it fixed up in a flash and we're so happy!

Chase Thompson, owner of KC Water Heaters, is a master plumber with a fuel gas certification. Chase replaced our two 15-year old gas water heaters with two new Bradford White tanks. The fuel gas certification is important to us since we know that a lot of houses do not have proper venting. Sure enough our old tanks had the melted plastic evidence of prior backdrafts. We spent time with him discussing various tank options as well as different configurations for plumbing setup. We decided on a reverse return plumbing setup as recommended by the tank manufacturer (Bradford White). We had other quotes from more well-known plumbing companies but they recommended the more well-known parallel or in series setups even with Bradford White units. I'm not sure they know reverse return setups. Chase installed the manufacturer-recommended plumbing setup and increased the size of the vents to properly handle the exhaust and be compliant with code. He gets city permits on his jobs. He also replaced the PRV valve which was old and not providing adequate water pressure. He was at the house for 6-7 hours and worked hard the entire time with no breaks. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, and all he does is water heaters, so you're working with an expert. I highly recommend him.

I want to give a 12 star review for my installers Tom & Jacob, as well as salesman Corky!!These guys all went above & beyond, getting me heat after my 40 year old furnace up & died.After the technician Tito had come & pronounced the old one too unsafe to repair, I was able to get financing with Mary at Mission's offices by phone, & the guys were here next AM.Corky also brought me a pair of their space heaters to keep myself & Benji the dog warm overnight. I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

The experience overall was decent but way too pricey. Told me because I have an old house, and no way to access the main drain they have to pull one of my toilets to snake it. He did a great job. With their “family plan” it was 600 bucks? ( to clean a main drain. ) oh but if I had an access point it would have been $89.00. If we didn’t sign up for their “Family Plan” the pulling of the toilet and cleaning the drain would have been 1000.00 bucks ? So I paid the 600 dollars for 1 hour of work. So I liked everything but the ridiculous prices. :). The gentleman did a great job. Unfortunately due to the price I won’t likely use them again.
