I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

Rarely do I leave a review, even when I am happy with the service of a company. But, in this case, it's worth my time to highly recommend Plumbed 2 Perfection for any plumbing job, large or small. Both Kevin and Ryan are kind and caring guys who do the job right! And the best part is that you are getting charged a price that is significantly less than the big plumbing companies that overcharge routinely, and the quality of the work these guys do is equal to if not better than any work you will get at a premium. Kevin is just the nicest kind of person you’d want to have in your house. I am very happy with the whole thing. It is against my own personal policy to do surveys but this was worth taking the time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
