Mike was very professional and provided multiple services at an excellent price. He also works on tankless water heaters which has been very hard to find someone that works on them. I notified him last minute about a separate issue and he had no issues with taking care of that along with the original issue I had called him about. Would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing for any plumbing issues you have.

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.

No show No call back runs up bill when he does come he unpacks 10 to15 mins works 1 to 1 1/2 hours packs up 15 to 20 mins day after day not good because he underestimated the work just runs up the bill
