Very quick service! They came over the same day (during a big snowstorm) to fix the gas valve on my gas fireplace. They were professional, punctual, and got the job done. They were also nice enough to tell me how to fix it if the problem ever happens again! Highly recommended!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I had a leak coming into our basement near our water main shutoff valve. Unfortunately, the main water supply line was damaged and needed to be replaced. Brett came out and inspected the issue, and it was repaired shortly thereafter with a small crew. They were prompt, fairly priced, honest and repaired this issue with minimal intrusion. I would use them again for any issues in the future.

We had a water pipe burst and thankfully he got to the house in under 10 minutes to help us out. He was also really nice and so helpful! The owner is very responsive and answered my call immediately even after hours!

Being the big company I expected a big price. We had a small time plumber coming to do some work, but he no call no showed. Called Roto Rooter and Mr Larry #301 showed up 2 hours later, he was a very nice, professional guy and they did the job cheaper than the small time company, I highly recommend.
