We hired The Sewer Doctors for a sewer line camera inspection, and they performed the inspection quickly and professionally. The job was complete in 20 minutes, and the inspector walked me through what he had found, provided a maintenance recommendation, and emailed me a video and a report. Honestly, exactly what I wanted from an inspection.
The reason I hired them in the first place was because they were one of the only companies actually willing to tell me a price when I called them. Meanwhile, I called 3 other plumbing companies, and all of them refused to even give me a range of what it might cost, saying they would only tell me after they send someone out. I know that is a recipe for high pressure sales tactics, and I was not interested in that kind of business behavior.
I appreciate The Sewer Doctors for their upfront pricing, their quick service, and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others in the Olathe area.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

They have assist us in a few occasions from bathroom plumbing and sink plumbing. They are friendly honest and very affordable. They fit us in quickly no matter the weather. They are always our go to!

Being that this was the first plumber I've ever hired I wasn't sure what to expect, but couldn't have been any happier with my experience. Tony called me 20 minutes before his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He was extremely polite right from the start. As he was performing his work he invited me to watch what he was doing, which I took him up on. He provided thorough explanations of everything he was doing and it was apparent he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He used the proper equipment and cleaned up any messes that were made from unclogging my drains. Not only did Tony produce high quality of work, he taught me a lot, made great recommendations, and was efficient with his work. Happy to give Tony and Mr. Plumber 5 stars!

I have used this company before and they've been fairly good but recently I have had a hose spigot outside that does not work I've called them a month ago they they said they were real busy and that they plumber would give me a call I've called them three times and they're still busy. I had to call another plumber because they are just not reliable on getting back to you
