I just finished renovating a 100 year-old house. The plumbing - which I had put in new - worked fine until I had four relatives stay with me and then both toilets backed up. I called Roto Rooter for a free camera inspection. The tech told me he wasn't sure what was causing the clog, but he gave me a written $2300 estimate to fix it. ?? Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Danny with Quality Plumbing came out this morning and removed the clog within 15 minutes........for $128. I will never call anyone else. We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Pierpoint Plumbing in Kansas City, MO promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair it early Sunday morning. Plumber was very personable, did a great job and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freeze-less anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve, and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount . We warmly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing Company and will gladly hire them again in the future.

Guy did a great job. I had to hire them after my Home Warranty Plan failed to do it twice. Roto-Rooter also guarantees their work for six months, which is fantastic.

I had a clogged drain in my hall bath and BlugFrog Plumbing was able to send someone out the next day. Both Emerson and Andrew were friendly, professional and responsive during the whole process. What was thought to be a quick drain clog was reveled to be a bigger job than expected. The whole project was completed in 24 hours and we had a working sink again. I had a motor on our jetted tub that needed replacing so I did the research and ordered the part and there was an access on the tub but when the service person showed up he needed another one cut under the tub and told us to call when we had it done. The 1st time he was at our home less than 30 minutes. We cut the hole and called the company to let them know. The service person came back the following week and replaced the motor and was at our home for about 30 minutes. I received a bill for $240 and was told the 1st trip there was a trip charge for $60 and the 2nd trip there was a $60 trip charge plus $120/hr so for the 30 minutes that the contractor was at our home the 2nd time we paid $180 for those 30 minutes so just be aware of what the charges are so you do not get sticker shock like I did.
