Jobs did not take the amount of time initially expected, so I got to pay less as well. Huge improvement in this company with change in management to Ace Handyman. I will definitely use this company's services again.

We have used KB Complete for many years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. They just completed repairing a break in our sewer line. In previous years they installed and maintained our AC and furnace, installed a new flyer, put in a new water heater and new toilet, and they replaced all the old galvanized water lines in the basement. Members of their work crew are reliable, professional and do all they can to assure customer satisfaction.

Jeff was very professional had a wonderful personality, very kind, no problems explaining things and helping us understand. If I ever have another problem I hope he is the one that always comes out. Thank you very much Jeff you really made our evening. Can't thank you enough.

Mike Covington did a really good job and was on time and easy to work with.. my new garbage disposal is great and he fixed another issue that my sink had with the alignment of my pipes!! Great job.. would recommend and use again

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
