Dylan helped me with the capacitor I needed to replace. He made sure the A/C unit was working as a whole before just leaving. I really appreciate his time and help a lot! Our clogged basement drain was fixed within two hours of making the call to Mr. Rooter. Zach was friendly and quickly gave us options to address our issue.

We had an outdoor spigot leaking. Todd responded quickly and was very friendly. He explained the problem and it was a simple fix. Highly recommend his services and we will use him with any future plumbing needs!

Our repair person, Kenton, called in advance, arrived on time and got right to work on our sump pump and battery. He made a trip back to the warehouse for a new battery very quickly and installed it in record time. He was cheerful, professional and clear in his explanations. A win-win for all!!

Other than the delayed start, which I understand. They did great, completed the job, and made sure it was done right. And there was alot to fix.

I purchased a fixer upper and have dealt with a number of handymen. None of which were any good EXCEPT Centerline. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, able and their work is seem less! Above all else, they are trustworthy.

Called BFP on Thursday morning explained my leaky bathroom faucets and also the humming soundscoming from our pipes.. I was given two options for a time that day a plumber could be at our house.I was notified 30 minutes ahead of Bruce arrival and he was right on time. Bruce got right to work on our problem of the humming sounds and fixed that problem and on to the leaky faucets. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and got all issues taken care of. He even told us about a coupon available online to help save us some money😃Will recommend BFP to friends and family. And will ask if Bruce is available to service our needs.
