I am currently a HVAC student and one of my in laws called and asked me to check the vent coming off her water heater because of the cost she was quoted to have it replaced. The pipe was rusted out she had KB Complete come out and they quoted her $1200.00 dollars to replace a rusted 6 inch single wall vent pipe that was 3 ft long. She is older and on a fixed budget and I told her that the price was ridiculous. I went and bought the pipe for $30.00 dollars and it took me 20 minutes to replace. Even with material markup and cost of labor, the quote should have been nowhere near $1200.00. Needless to say, she will not be calling KB Complete in the future due to their price gouging. Make sure you get multiple quotes before paying for their services!

I found that when attempting to schedule with other area providers it was not as pleasant of an experience.The technician Jeff, was kind, courteous, and took the time to walk me through costs of repairs versus buying new. I genuinely appreciated that and felt like he was trying to save me money wherever he could. He also swept and cleaned behind my fridge, so that was a huge bonus!!

I was at the legends today with my daughter. I was appalled to see a CEI truck in a handicapped spot. When I called, the lady said maybe they were unloading a heavy piece of equipment. She also said they get permission to park there. It was truck #151. No matter what, it’s ILLEGAL to park in a handicapped spot without a placard.
