I just want to say my experience with them was a very pleasant one considering the subject matter. I ended up having 3 different employees come within in a 2 day period. Each helpful and sincere. One gave me knowledge of a coupon, one gave me understanding of the problem and didn’t charge for what he wasn’t able to do and even brought out the 3rd person that used a camera and helped me contact the city. This guy even came back out between his schedule to meet a city inspector to help prove it was the cities responsibility. The cost for those three was one price on the last day and so extremely reasonable. I figured a big company like them would be very expensive and try to add this and that, but they weren’t.
