They are so knowledgable and honest. We just had another company come out the day before for our hot water heater. The other company told us we needed to get a new one. I had a feeling he wasn't being honest. I asked around .I was referred climate control.it end up costing me 100.00 fix. Then a year later our water line outside got a whole in it .we don't hesitate I called these guys .thank God for them Bless you guys. Teresa

Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly. Before he left he made sure we were happy with the work and explained other services that the company provides.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage
