Erik was super friendly and quickly got to work and found the problem and got my AC back on in under an hour. He let me know the costs before starting the repair and the final cost was just what he said it would be. Appreciate not being surprised with hidden/surprise charges.

We had a gas line capped and a line installed to run water to our refrigerator. The work was adequate but overpriced. The technician found it necessary to insert his opinion and displeasure at our choice to electrify our home. He also left a support clip with a nail in it on our carpet for us to step on. As a professional working in sustainability and climate change I will be taking my business to a more informed and respectful company in the future.

Same day service - very professional, easy to talk to, and the plumber explained exactly what needed to be replaced on our toilet. Did not try to pressure me into replacing anything that did not need it. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

I was not impressed with this company or with Mike. He replaced one piece in the back of my toilet, a very inexpensive piece and did not have the part needed for the other toilet, charged 149.50 and left. He was here no longer than 30 minutes and my toilet still does not work right!!
