Best Drain Inspection in Kansas City MO

Dylan serviced my old panel from 1975 and got it quickly updated. The service him and his associate provided was professional and thorough, and he helped to point out and explain the various other electrical concerns I had with the old home. Overall a fantastic team of electricians. I highly recommend KBs service. Also, Sarah who helped schedule the appointment was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to speak with.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Collin Schlegel was our technician. He was courteous, informative and explained what he was as doing and why. He also checked our outdoor unit just make sure that all was normal though it was as not part of the service call. He also appraised us of the age of our system (17 years) and advised that we get a free estimate should we need (likely) to replace our cooling system in the near future. Job well done young man!

Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy is the guy to call for all your plumbing needs. We received an arrival window. I received a call within that arrival window to confirm arrival. Service was friendly, interested in our needs, and fixed our problem on the spot. Staff is well equipped for all plumbing needs and will take good care of us!

I have so many great things to say about this company. They were so professional, but friendly and they took the time to explain what everything meant and what I needed/what I should do without using scare tactics or over selling. They absolutely had my best interest in mind. They will give you no BS and they are HONEST. It is so refreshing to have people answer your questions instead of blowing you off or being frustrated with you.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Main drain was clogged. Plumber came and left a huge mess. The machine he used he didn't put a tarp down so carpet was soaking wet when he left and leaving wet tracks all over the carpet on his way out. $135 later drain is unclogged but left more of a mess than I had with a clogged drain. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I very seldom write reviews but Quick Relief Plumbing went beyond to get a part for my shower faucet so that I could get the repair done at the lowest cost. They were on target to what needed to be done, without trying to rip me off with hidden charges. They were timely and kept me informed and were courteous as well as professional. I plan to use them again and tell my friends who are mostly seniors like me. You don’t know which company to trust but I found one in Quick Relief Plumbing.

I appreciated the professional services

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
