After I found out my electrical panel was overheating and burning my fuses one by one, it was a terribly stressful time. I spent Christmas without most of my electricity, clinging to only my furnace (thankfully gas) and the bare minimum of lights. No oven. No microwave. Canned food.The master electrician PERSONALLY delivered the service request to the city to get the panel replaced and to get my house back to normal as soon as possible. They did everything in their power to speed it along, and treated me like family the whole time. I will forever be grateful to the entire team that helped me and my fiancée out. I am planning on hiring them for my plumbing problems as well (the joys of having a 120+ y/o house).I looked around before I confirmed with them, and they also had the best prices for the quote. I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

While multiple other plumbing businesses were unable to respond to a short-notice, emergency weekend afternoon service, Quick Relief did respond. They were friendly, professional, and transparent about the fees, and time for repairs. The service was fast, neat, effective. I hope not to have to need emergency weekend services like this again, as they are more expensive, but would recommend this business to anyone in the area.

This was the third plumbing company I had called. The other two couldn’t be bothered to return calls, and I was about to give up but I got the name of this company on the local next door website. They did exactly what needed to be done at a reasonable price, I recommend them to anyone!

We had a plumber come out to look at our toilets and discussed a smell coming from the drains in our bathroom sinks. We were not impressed with the technician that did the service. He explained things in plumber technical terms not in a way we could understand. Also came across as very pushy wanting to up sell everything. The technician spoke directly to me and mostly ignored my husband. Should we stay with LBA, we would not want this technician again.
