Best Drain Cleaning Service in Kansas City MO

We had a complete heating and air system installed this week in our home that was built in the 1820’s. Though it was an untraditional job, with many hurdles the technicians did an amazing job! They respected our home, and went above and beyond doing some minor plumbing and electrical work that was needing attention, as well as the bidded hvac job. Terry, Matt, and Kaiden deserve an A+++++ score for this job. We will be calling them back to repair our other system in our home as well.I don’t usually take the time to review businesses but this professional job deserves it. I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Mike is an independent plumber specializing in tankless water heaters. He worked us in at the end of a long day and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our Navien tankless water heater. Most importantly, he had the necessary specialized part on his truck, so we got our hot water back without having to wait for parts delivery and a second visit. If you have a tankless water heater, I highly recommend Mike / Bristol.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater!
