I inquired about an issue I was having with my hot water heater and the person I spoke with actually took the time to listen, ask questions and listen to my answers. He then offered his opinion on what might be happening. He even told me an answer I didn’t want to hear but it was the truth, and exactly what I needed to hear.Once home I called and scheduled an appointment. Call taker was just as friendly and helpful.Patrick was my service provider. He actually showed up early, assessed the situation and got right to work. He was friendly, thorough, and professional and left me with a demonstration on how to care for my new hot water heater.Quality service. Quality product. Quality people.

Unprofessional, terrible service, unreliable! I attempted to use this company 3 different times. I will never bother with them again, or recommend them to anyone. They no-showed two separate times, without even calling. This is after they requested I call and remind them of my appointment! The time they actually arrived, they brought no tools inside, said they could not fix the sink clog, and left. Very disappointing as I waited all day for them. Would give them zero stars if the computer would let me.
