Best Commercial Water Treatment in Kansas City MO

Had small problem with air conditioner they had installed 2 years ago. Came out and took care of it promptly, was courteous and efficient.

HORRIBLE company!!! I called and specifically asked them if they service my area and they said yes, they set my appointment up, THEN 20 minutes later, calls me to tell me that they don't service my area!!!!! After we had already talked to them three different times!!! Waste of my time when it is an emergency!!! Horrible customer service!

We had a bit of an emergency, and were lucky to stumble upon Inception Plumbing. A few things stood out about their service. 1) My first phone call was answered, I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back, while we were without water. 2) They were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. 3) The service was professional, and prompt. Will definitely use them again.

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
