Best Commercial Water Heater Installation in Kansas City MO

We woke up to find our air conditioning wasn't kicking on, so I called Climate Control. Our realtor Kristi Soligo has recommended them in the past. They told me they would try to get out today, but it might be tomorrow. Fortunately, late in the day, I received a call from Justin at CC saying he was 8 minutes away and asked if it was still a good time. I was delighted! He asked where to park when he arrived and was very nice and helpful. He not only fixed the problem but also made us aware of the conditions of other parts of the HVAC system. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on things we didn't need, and he left us ready to go back to them for future HVAC needs. Big recommend.

Mike is an independent plumber specializing in tankless water heaters. He worked us in at the end of a long day and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our Navien tankless water heater. Most importantly, he had the necessary specialized part on his truck, so we got our hot water back without having to wait for parts delivery and a second visit. If you have a tankless water heater, I highly recommend Mike / Bristol.

I’ll make this review brief. If you ever find yourself in need of all things hot water tanks whether it be installation or repair you can stop looking and hire this company KC Water Heater’s. The owner Chase was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and just a great person all around. If you don’t call and at least get an estimate from this company you will regret it. My experience was nothing less than five stars!!!

While multiple other plumbing businesses were unable to respond to a short-notice, emergency weekend afternoon service, Quick Relief did respond. They were friendly, professional, and transparent about the fees, and time for repairs. The service was fast, neat, effective. I hope not to have to need emergency weekend services like this again, as they are more expensive, but would recommend this business to anyone in the area.

I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

Pat and lucky were amazing. They are very professional. They fixed the leaky toilet and pipe in the crawl space in a timely manner and when they left everything was cleaned in the bathroom swept the living room floor .Looked as if they had never been there.

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
